How to make crispy Khasta Kachori

Take 4 cups of flour
1/4 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp sugar 
1 tsp salt 
Add 1 cup oil 

To make the filling 
you need 
Take 1 cup sattu
2 Tsp dried mango powder
1 tsp black salt
Add 1Tsp sugar
3 cup oil
Pinch of Asafoetida

2 tsp full (dry roasted and powdered)
coriander, cumin seed, red chill 

 Khasta frying

Make a dough 
by adding 
little warm water

Make a smooth dough of flour with little oil, baking soda and baking powder
Mix the sattu with powdered coriander, cumin seed, ajawain and Pinch of Asafoetida. Make a solid  dough pouring little water.
cut the flour dough in small balls, 
flatten it 
fill it with Sattu filling.
Light on stove. 
pour oil. 
make sure
put the filled flour balls 
in that oil before getting hot.
Always keep the flame in shim heat,
to get crispy KHASTA KACHORI!

fry for 10-12 minutes
when the outer skin 
gets brownish your 
is ready! 
 Khasta ready

Now serve it hot 
with coriander sauce or any other sauce of your choice.
