Banana cone cutlet

Those who think veg cutlets are inferior to non veg cutlets, just try this recipe and know themselves!

Banana cone cutlet Ingredients - 

1 cup grated and boiled banana cone
1 cup boiled and crushed gram
1 cup boiled and crushed potato
1 tbsp minced coconut
1 tsp ginger paste
2-3 finely chopped green chili
1 tsp roasted coriander, cumin and dry red chili powder
2 tsp dry roasted ground nut
1 tsp finely chopped coriander and mint leaves
1 tsp Gandharaj lemon juice
1 tsp chopped curry leaves
pinch of salt, ajawin
1 lime juice

for frying 

350 g mustard oil

for coating 

2 cup bread crumbs mixed
1 tsp corn flour
pinch of salt 
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1 tsp corn flour
2 tsp all purpose flour 

Preparation - 
Mix all the cutlet ingredients, to make a soft dough. From that dough, make little balls. Give desired shape flatten in between palms.
Make a little batter with 1 tsp corn flour and 2 tsp all purpose flour to coat these cutlets

Take bread crumbs mixed with corn flour, salt, and black pepper powder, now coat these cutlets in this batter, then re-coat with bread crumbs mixture.

Deep fry or bake.

Serve hot with mint chutney or tomato sauce or mustard ketchup!
