How to cook delicious veg dish with Snake Gourd

Snake Gourd with Poppy paste

Veg cooking is quite challenging for any cook. But just a little innovation could make wonder  to your everyday vegetables. cooking time is also quick. Just try yourself.

How to cook Snake Gourd with Poppy paste -

you need for 4 persons -

250 g snake gourd
A medium-sized coconut grated
50 g mustard oil
Two tablespoons onion chopped
1 tablespoon garlic chopped
2-3 Dry chilies 
1 teaspoon poppy paste
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
2-3 Green chilies 
salt to taste

Little sugar

cooking - 

1st cut the Snake Gourd in thinner slices. Heat oil in a pan. add black cumin seed, dry red chili, add sliced  snake gourd. salt. little turmeric powder, add soaked gram. put on lid and let it boil cooked
when moisture dried up, it's done.

Heat oil in a pan. add crushed Garlic. finely chopped onion. you can also cook it with shrimp
Add salt to get the onions quickly done. 
Now add boiled Snake Gourd, add 1 Tbsp grated coconut, add 1 tbsp poppy seed paste, green chilies.
1/2 tsp Dry red chili powder, turmeric powder
Add little sugar before off the flame

Your Snake Gourd with Poppy paste done!
