Caraway Rice

How to make Caraway (Shahi Jeera) Rice


Ingredients -
250 g Basmati Rice
25 g Shahi Jeera(Caraway)
15 g whole Garam Masala
50 g cashew
1/2 tsp sugar
1/4 tsp Garam masala powder
2 Tbsp Ghee
salt to taste


First, cook Basmati Rice. 
Heat Ghee in a pan. Add whole Garam Masala, Shahi Jeera (Caraway), cashew. 
Add, cooked Basmati Rice.
Mix and cook for 5-6 minutes.
Add 1/2 tsp sugar, 1/4 tsp Garam masala powder, salt to taste.
Stir and cook for another 3 minutes. 
That's it! Your Basmati Caraway Rice is ready!
