Mouth Watering Chili Chicken

When you have only Chicken in your fridge, Chili Chicken is the quick and tasty dish option to meet your children's demand.
This popular dish have many variants. Let me show you how I make Chili Chicken.

Ingredients -
1 kg Chicken
5-6 green chili
5-6 dry red chili
20-25 flakes of Garlic(chopped)
1 tbsp ginger(chopped)
5-6 big onion(large square sliced)
3 large size bell pepper (large square sliced)
spring onion (long sliced)
2 tbsp soya sauce 
1 tbsp chili sauce 
1 tbsp chili-garlic paste 
2 tsp vinegar
50 gm cashew(optional)

for making chicken fry
corn flour
1-2 egg
1 tsp black pepper powder
salt to taste

Cooking - 
1. Marinate the pieces of chicken half an hour ago with vinegar, garlic and green chili paste.
2. Mix it with an egg, corn flour, black pepper powder and little salt
3. Heat oil in a pan
4. Fry the chicken pieces in low flame till it turn golden. set aside
5. Now heat oil in a pan
6. Add chopped garlic,  chili, green chili, onion, cashew, ginger, bell pepper, spring onion. cook for 2-3 minutes
7. Add soya sauce, chili sauce, chili garlic paste,  little corn flour mixture
8. Add fried chicken, pinch of black pepper powder, 2 tsp vinegar, MSG(optional). cook for 3-4 minutes
9. Mouth watering chili chicken is ready! 
10. Serve Hot!
