How to make MALAI KULFI

Staying cool needs to Keep Your Cool. Chilled dessert is the best way to Keep Your - Cool - intact. 
So MALAI KULFI is the answer! 
Weekend home party? Birthday? or Get together?
Any occasion, anytime, anywhere serve this chill dessert and make people around you, cheered and chIlled!
Here is the recipe for you to know,  how to make MALAI KULFI! 
Stay cool, in this summer! Happy cooling! 

1 Ltr whole cow milk
100-150 gm sugar
20-25 Almond (chopped)
20-25 Cashew (chopped)
8-10 Pistachois (chopped)
1 tsp cardamon powder
200 gm Mawa

Method -

Boil the milk. Reduce to half the quantity. 
Add Sugar, cardamon powder, Mawa. Mix well. 
Switch off the flame.
Bring the milk to room temperature.
Add chopped dry fruits.
If you like you may add saffron.
Mix well.
Pour into KULFI moulds. You may take either plastic moulds or Aluminium moulds. Make sure lids of your moulds must be air tight. 

You may seal the lid of the moulds with flour dough.
Keep in freezer for 6-8 hours.
Serve chilled with falooda!
