How to Make Sabudana Tikia or Vada

Quick, easy, healthy and tasty snacks for teatime or tiffin time -  Sabudana Tikki or Sabudana Vada.
Make it for your guests visiting your place or children going to school. 

for making 10-12 Tikkis you need, 
Ingredients - 

250 g bigger grain Sabudana
1 tbsp Gram besan(flour)
1 Tbsp corn flour
1 Tbsp rice flour
2 Tbsp finely chopped onions,
20-25 curry leaves
1 Tbsp soaked Gram Dal
1 Tbsp peanut 
2-3 chopped green chili
salt to taste
one pinch Sodium carbonate

Soak 250 gm Saboo for 5-6 hrs.
Mix all the ingredients together to make a thicker paste. Make small balls from that paste. Flatten and make raw tikkis.
Heat oil in a pan. Deep fry the tikkis.
Serve hot with Tomato ketchup or Mint chutney or Mustard sauce.
