DUDH CHITUI PITHA RECIPE | দুধ চিতই পিঠা

চিতই পিঠা বা চিতল পিঠারই আরেকটি সংস্করণ এই দুধ চিতই পিঠা। দুধের মধ্যে নলেন গুড় মিশিয়ে জ্বাল দিয়ে ঘন করে বানানো এই অসাধারণ পিঠা বাংলার ভোজনরুচির উৎকৃষ্ট নমুনা!
দেখে নিন কীভাবে এই পিঠা বানানো হয় -
২৫-৩০টা পিঠা বানাবার উপকরণ -
১ লি গরুর দুধ
২৫০ গ্রাম সিদ্ধ চালের গুঁড়ো
১৫০ গ্রাম নারকেল কুরো
১ চা চামচ লবণ
পদ্ধতি -
সব উপকরণ একসাথে মিশিয়ে এককাপ ফুটন্ত গরম জলে একটা মসৃণ লেই বা পেস্ট তৈরী করে নিন। পেস্ট টা খুব পাতলা করবেন না। ভিডিও দেখুন, ঠিক কতটা ঘনত্ব হবে এই পেস্টের।
এবার একটা ঢাকা সমেত মাটির সরা নিন। সেই সরা উনানে (গ্যাস স্টোভ) গরম করে, এক হাতা লেই মাঝখানে ঢেলে দিন। ঢাকা দিয়ে চার-পাঁচ মিনিট রাখুন।
তারপর ধীরে ধীরে, পিঠার চারিপাশে পাতলা কোন খুন্তি জাতীয় জিনিষ দিয়ে পিঠা আলগা করে, তুলে নিন!
আপনার চিতই পিঠা তৈরী!
এবার দুধ আর নলেন গুড় মিশিয়ে জ্বাল দিয়ে ঘন করে তার মধ্যে মিশিয়ে দিন চিতই পিঠাগুলি! দশ মিনিট ফুটিয়ে নামিয়ে নিন কড়াই থেকে!
ব্যস আপনার দুধ-চিতই পিঠা তৈরী!
ঠান্ডা করে নিয়ে পরিবেশন করুন।
