Essential Healthy Spices

We use various spice in our cooking for making it spicy and tasty. Our regular spices are also beneficial for our health and body.
Let's know which spice is beneficial for what.


Fenugreek seed: Fenugreek is very good for new mothers. Fenugreek seeds increase the amount of breast-milk.Reduces blood sugar and the amount of cholesterol as well.


Turmeric: It helps in different  skin diseases, diabetes, etc. 


Black Pepper: It's very useful to reduce diseases such as bowel problems, muscle pain, cough & cold.


Saffron \ kesara: Helps to cure skin diseases, respiratory problems.


Asafoetida : It relieves whooping cough, gastritis pain.


Cloves: Cloves are very beneficial to teeth and gum problems. Also reduce chest pain, fever, cold & cough, abdominal pain.


Nutmeg: It's beneficial to heart problems.


Bay Leaf: Bay leaf is natural anti-bacterial and anti-fungal elementary spice


Cinnamon: normally produces insulin and helps to regulate blood pressure.


Cardamom: Cardamom reduces breathing problems and diabetes.


Coriander: coriander helps to reduce allergies, arthritis pain, digestive problems.


Cumin: Cumin provides Iron. Thus it helps to improve the immune capacity of the body.
